Legal due diligence does not have to take six weeks and end with a 100-page report. We can do that too, but we know that by setting the client's priorities and objectives well, the most important findings of the legal review can be obtained in a few days and presented on two slides. The same applies to transaction documentation – the longest is not necessarily the best, and the assumption that we write contracts for bad times may also lead to bad times.
