Zuzanna Tałady is a legal adviser and restructuring adviser who specialises in property transactions.
She advises developers, property funds and financial institutions on a wide range of property transactions, including the acquisition and disposal of assets (asset deals, share deals, sale and leaseback), as well as in due diligence processes and on day-to-day asset management matters, particularly in relation to lease agreements and property portfolio management. Her experience covers projects involving office, logistics and retail properties.
Zuzanna also advises on matters relating to restructuring and insolvency proceedings.
Prior to joining MJH, she gained professional experience at law firms in Berlin and at a renowned international law firm in Warsaw.
