Tomasz Kaźmierczak is a solicitor specialising in competition law, consumer protection and public procurement.
He advises clients from various sectors of the economy, with particular emphasis on the FMCG and Life Sciences industries. He has experience in regulatory and transactional projects, as well as in representing entrepreneurs in proceedings before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, the National Appeal Chamber and other public administration bodies.
As part of his practice, he advises entrepreneurs on shaping marketing policy, rules for the distribution of goods, discount policy, sales regulations and online sales models. He supports clients in implementing solutions compliant with competition and consumer protection law, and conducts training in compliance and counteracting practices that restrict competition.

He has also advised manufacturers of medical and gardening equipment on the development of distribution models and represented clients in appeal proceedings before the National Appeal Chamber.
