He specialises in commercial and civil law, with particular emphasis on matters related to acquisitions, company restructuring and litigation – both before common courts and arbitration tribunals. He has extensive experience in providing legal advice on mergers and acquisitions, divisions, company transformations and privatisation processes.
He has advised on numerous complex capital transactions, including management buyouts, public offerings, acquisitions of companies operating in various sectors of the economy, as well as on sales and capital structure reorganisation projects. He has supported both industry investors and private equity funds at every stage of the transaction, from due diligence, through transaction structuring, to document negotiation and finalisation of the process.
He is a co-author of legal publications, including commentaries on the Commercial Companies Code and the Civil Code, as well as chapters in the Private Law System. Previously, he was a partner in a renowned law firm and headed the legal department of a leading consulting company.
