Michał Stolarczyk is an attorney-at-law at MJH law firm. For over five years, he has specialized in corporate law and commercial law. His practice focuses in particular on conducting due diligence reviews, the incorporation and reorganization of commercial law companies, as well as ongoing corporate advisory services. He has significant experience in the processes of identifying and reporting beneficial owners and in cooperation with obliged institutions.

He gained his initial professional experience over more than three years in the Corporate/M&A department of an international law firm, where he was primarily involved in conducting due diligence reviews and providing corporate services to commercial law companies, including their reorganizations and day-to-day operations.

He subsequently further developed his practice at a renowned Polish law firm, participating in projects involving debt financing, M&A transactions, and corporate reorganizations. He also worked on matters related to economic sanctions and export controls, and within the firm was responsible for issues concerning the identification and reporting of beneficial owners, as well as providing advisory services in this area.

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Łódź and a member of the Warsaw Bar Association.
