Michał Rosłon is a legal advisor specialising in litigation, labour law, disputes related to Swiss franc loans, personal data protection issues and immigration proceedings.

As part of his practice, he supports clients both in terms of ongoing legal services and representing them in litigation proceedings before common courts and administrative authorities.

He advises entrepreneurs on labour law matters, including relations with senior employees, preparing and reviewing internal documentation, and conducting litigation with former employees. He also supports clients in the area of legalisation of residence and work of foreigners, with particular emphasis on the relocation of management and specialists to Poland. He also has extensive experience in preparing documentation in the field of personal data protection and representing clients in disputes arising from violations of consumer rights.

He has participated in numerous due diligence projects in M&A transactions, focusing on aspects related to labour law and compliance with personal data protection regulations. In the course of his professional practice, he has represented entities from various sectors – financial, publishing, technology, insurance, food and biotechnology – both in court disputes and in the implementation of ongoing legal needs related to operational activities and the employment of foreigners.
