He has over a decade of professional experience, specialising in civil and commercial law, with particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and capital market law. He advises on transformations, divisions and other reorganisation processes, as well as on commercial and financing matters.
During his career, he has worked both as an in-house lawyer in companies from various sectors and as a solicitor in law firms, gaining a broad perspective on the legal aspects of business transactions. His experience also includes sitting on the supervisory boards of companies and involvement in industry organisations. He has participated in numerous M&A projects, including in the medical, pharmaceutical, technology and FMCG markets. He has advised on delisting transactions, the preparation of financing structures and the entry of foreign investors into the Polish market.
He is a co-author of academic publications in the field of international law.
