Maciej Wróblewski is a Partner at MJH. He specialises in corporate law, in particular mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and capital market law.

He advises on public and private M&A transactions, including public-to-private transactions related to the delisting of listed companies. He also has extensive experience in conducting transactions involving equity securities on the capital market, including initial public offerings (IPOs), secondary public offerings (SPOs) and accelerated book building (ABB). He has also participated in the design and implementation of incentive programmes for employees of companies based on shares or warrants.

He has extensive knowledge of law, economics and finance. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw and the Warsaw School of Economics (Quantitative Methods in Economics and Information Systems). He also completed postgraduate studies in Capital Company Valuation Methods at the Warsaw School of Economics, as well as training in financial reporting and project management. Before joining MJH, he was an Associate Partner at Deloitte Legal, and prior to that he worked for over six years at the law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges – Paweł Rymarz sp.k.
