Łukasz Górecki is an advocate specialising in financing and M&A transactions. He advises on the structuring of financing and is actively involved in negotiating and drafting transaction documentation.
He has gained professional experience at Warsaw-based law firms and within a financial institution, where he worked on a broad range of transactions, including due diligence processes and the preparation of comprehensive transaction documentation. He advises clients on both domestic and cross-border projects.
He holds law degrees from Poland and the United Kingdom and is currently pursuing postgraduate studies in Banking and Finance at the Warsaw School of Economics. He is fluent in English.
