Klaudia Ostrowska is an advocate at MJH Law Firm, specialising in providing ongoing legal services to businesses and representing clients in court and arbitration proceedings.

Her practice focuses primarily on civil and banking law, with particular emphasis on disputes concerning relations between financial institutions and borrowers.

She has experience in pre-trial counselling – in the course of negotiations and mediation, as well as in representing clients in civil, criminal and arbitration proceedings. In her practice to date, she has repeatedly supported entities from the financial sector in disputes with individual clients, preparing comprehensive litigation strategies and representing clients before common courts and arbitration tribunals.

She gained her professional experience both in renowned law firms and as an in-house lawyer at one of the leading financial institutions, which allowed her to gain in-depth knowledge of the specifics of corporate and regulatory activities in the financial sector.

She graduated in law from Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. In addition, she broadened her knowledge by taking a course in medical law, focusing on the issue of medical confidentiality in criminal proceedings.

Klaudia is also involved in educational activities promoting alternative dispute resolution methods – she cooperates with arbitration institutions and sits on judging panels for competitions organised for law students. In her practice, she has conducted disputes in the field of personal rights protection, supported clients in debt recovery, and participated in the development of litigation strategies for public and private entities in key proceedings concerning real estate management.
