Klaudia Łuczak is a legal adviser at MJH, specialising in civil law, civil procedure and commercial law. She advises clients on a daily basis and represents them in both pre-trial negotiations and court proceedings, with particular emphasis on banking law matters.
She gained her professional experience in renowned law firms in Poznań, as well as while working in the family and juvenile division of one of the largest courts in Poland, where she honed her practical skills in procedural law for two years.
In her practice to date, she has repeatedly represented entities from the banking sector both at the pre-trial stage and during court disputes with borrowers. She also has experience in conducting restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings, in which she has represented both individual clients and entrepreneurs.
