Julia Jaskot is a trainee solicitor and lawyer at MJH Law Firm.
She specialises in civil and commercial law, with particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, commercial company transformations and ongoing corporate services. She supports the firm's team in the implementation of M&A projects, both at the due diligence stage and in the preparation of transaction documentation, as well as in the area of corporate governance and corporate governance issues.
She gained her professional experience in Warsaw law firms, participating in comprehensive corporate services for business entities. She has participated in advisory projects related to mergers and acquisitions in the pharmaceutical sector, supported the delisting of public companies, including the preparation of transaction documentation and handling of tender offer procedures, and participated in numerous due diligence processes for companies in the medical, manufacturing and media and advertising sectors. She has also advised on transactions involving the sale and purchase of shares in private capital companies, as well as on the reorganisation of capital groups and company transformations. She also has experience in ongoing corporate advisory services, including servicing company bodies and preparing corporate documentation.
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw.
