Jan Jarmul, legal advisor and Managing Partner at MJH Law Firm.
He is a transactional lawyer. He specialises in commercial law, with particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and corporate disputes. He advises financial investors, including private equity funds, strategic investors, individual clients and corporations selling their businesses.
His experience includes participation in dozens of complex transaction projects, both domestic and cross-border. He has advised on mergers, divisions and transformations of companies, as well as compulsory buyouts and reorganisations of capital groups. He supports clients operating in various industries, including energy, construction, logistics and FMCG, in the area of ongoing business consulting, drafting and negotiating contracts, as well as resolving corporate disputes.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and also studied at Humboldt University in Berlin. He gained his professional experience during 12 years of work at one of Poland's leading law firms, followed by 4 years as one of the managing partners at a law firm operating within an international network of advisory companies.
