Jan Ambroży specialises in company, commercial and capital market law, advising clients on matters relating to M&A transactions, including those involving public companies, IPO and SPO share offerings, the fulfilment of regulatory obligations by entities supervised by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, and corporate issues related to the ongoing servicing of commercial law companies.
He gained his professional experience in leading Polish law firms specialising in M&A transactions and capital market law. During his studies, he also gained experience in an NGO organisation involved in monitoring ESG reporting by public companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow.
