Dr Mateusz Baszczyk specialises in corporate law, with particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
He advises clients on the acquisition of companies and enterprises, reorganisation processes, as well as matters related to capital market law, including the performance of disclosure obligations.
He gained his professional experience in leading international law firms.
He obtained his doctorate in law at the Jagiellonian University. He is also a graduate of postgraduate studies in banking for lawyers and business valuation organised by the Warsaw School of Economics.
Mateusz was recognised by the international Legal 500 ranking.
He is the co-author of a commentary in the Private Law Commentary Series edited by Prof. K. Osajda, as well as the author of several dozen publications on company law published in Przegląd Prawa Handlowego, Glosa, Monitor Prawny and Monitor Prawa Handlowego.
