Dr Krzysztof Haładyj – solicitor and Managing Partner at MJH Law Firm.
He specialises in commercial and civil law, with particular emphasis on matters related to the financial market. He regularly advises on project financing, including securities issues, as well as on mergers and acquisitions on the capital market and restructuring projects. He also has experience in advising on corporate governance.
During his professional career, he has participated in many complex projects involving the reorganisation of capital groups, share and bond issues, investor acquisition, and the structuring of debt and equity financing. He has advised both public and private companies, institutional investors, as well as entities from the financial and development sectors.
He is recommended as a specialist in banking and finance, capital markets and public M&A transactions by international legal rankings such as IFLR1000, Legal 500 EMEA and Chambers Europe. Since 2008, he has been teaching commercial law and capital markets law at the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the University of Warsaw. He is the author of a commentary on the Act on Public Offering and a monograph on the liability of issuers for breach of disclosure obligations, as well as co-author of a commentary on the Civil Code.
