Katarzyna Karasiewicz, Doctor of Law and Partner at MJH Law Firm.
She holds a PhD in Law from the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw and is a graduate of postgraduate studies in economics and competition law at King's College London. She specialises in competition law, state aid, European Union law and public procurement.
She advises entrepreneurs operating in sectors such as FMCG, household appliances, transport, energy, fuels, telecommunications and banking. She has extensive experience in representing clients in antitrust proceedings before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, the European Commission, as well as before common courts and EU judicial institutions.
In her practice, she has participated in numerous projects related to competition law, state aid and public procurement, advising both private entities and public institutions.
