Dr Jarosław Łukawski – Partner at MJH Law Firm, with over 20 years of experience in advising on Polish and EU competition law. He also has extensive experience in cases involving unfair use of contractual advantage and payment backlogs.
He has advised on numerous complex merger proceedings in Poland, which have resulted in precedent-setting definitions of relevant markets. He has also been involved in numerous antitrust proceedings and appeals against decisions of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK). He also advised on the first ever search conducted by the European Commission under the Foreign Subsidies Regulation.
He regularly supports clients from various industries, including FMCG distribution, consumer electronics distribution, logistics (KEP), transport, fitness, pharmaceuticals and animal health products.
