Bartosz Sobkiewicz is a lawyer at MJH Law Firm.

He specialises in commercial, civil and capital markets law, focusing on ongoing corporate services for commercial companies and merger and acquisition transactions. He advises clients at every stage of M&A projects – from due diligence analyses, through the preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation, to ongoing services for company bodies and reorganisation processes.

He has participated in projects involving the provision of services to public companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, including processes of obtaining financing through the issue of shares under accelerated book building (ABB).

He has participated in complex transaction projects, such as the implementation of ESOP incentive programmes and mid-market transactions involving strategic investors and private equity funds, including elements of minority share buyouts and carve-outs of subsidiaries. He has also participated in the incorporation of the Polish branch of a foreign investment bank, the IPO process, and company reorganisations and mergers.

He combines knowledge and experience in corporate, transactional and capital markets law, providing clients with comprehensive and business-oriented legal support.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University.
