Adriana Denys-Starzec is a solicitor and senior associate at MJH Law Firm. She has over seven years of professional experience gained in renowned law firms.
On a daily basis, she assists clients in court and arbitration disputes. She specialises in civil and commercial law, in particular in contract law.
She advises and represents clients in negotiations and disputes at the pre-trial stage and at all stages of court and arbitration proceedings. She has represented clients in numerous cases based on contractual liability, including complex disputes concerning infrastructure investments, including proceedings resulting from the performance of contracts based on FIDIC contract templates, corporate disputes and disputes related to judicial changes in the manner of performance of contracts and the indexation of monetary benefits.
Adriana Denys-Starzec also completed postgraduate studies in Intellectual Property Law at the University of Warsaw. As part of the Doctoral School of Social Sciences at the University of Warsaw, she is preparing her doctoral thesis in the field of civil law.
