Transaction processing for OT Logistics.

MJH advises OT Logistics on the sale of its subsidiary and fleet of inland waterway vessels.

The law firm MJH Moskwa, Jarmul, Haładyj i Wspólnicy sp.k. advised OT Logistics on the sale of all its shares in the subsidiary Deutsche Binnenreederei AG and the fleet of inland waterway vessels belonging to the OT Logistics group to a company from the Rhenus group.

The transaction was closed on 18 August 2020 and included:

• the sale of 81.08% of shares in Deutsche Binnenreederei AG,
• the sale of part of the inland waterway vessel fleet,
• the transfer of rights and obligations under certain agreements concluded with customers.

The total net price of the transaction amounted to EUR 18.1 million.

The scope of MJH's advisory services included comprehensive legal support, including the preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation and the coordination of the work of other advisors.
