Support for MJH in the sale of shares in Krajowy Integrator Płatności S.A. (operator of the Tpay.com system) to Bank Pekao S.A.

MJH advises on the sale of shares in Krajowy Integrator Płatności S.A. (Tpay.com).

The law firm Moskwa, Jarmul, Haładyj i Wspólnicy sp. k. advised the selling shareholder in the sale of shares in Krajowy Integrator Płatności S.A. (‘KIP’), the operator of the Tpay.com system, to Bank Pekao S.A.

The law firm's work included comprehensive transaction advisory, and the project was led by the firm's partners: Paweł Moskwa and Karol Kicun.

The agreement provides for the acquisition by Bank Pekao of a strategic stake of 38.33% of KIP shares from the company's existing shareholders. Finalisation of the transaction is subject to no objection from the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) and is planned for the turn of the first and second quarters of 2021.
