Obtaining financing from PFR for MJH client.

MJH advises Lagardere Group on obtaining preferential financing under the PFR Financial Shield.

The law firm MJH Moskwa, Jarmul, Haładyj i Wspólnicy sp. k. supported Polish companies from the Lagardere Group, a global pioneer in the travel retail industry, in obtaining preferential financing under the PFR Financial Shield Government Programme for Large Companies.

The law firm's support covered the entire process of obtaining financing, from analysing eligibility for the Programme, through preparing and submitting applications, to comprehensive negotiations of financial documentation. The total value of the preferential loans obtained amounted to nearly PLN 27 million.

The project was carried out by Katarzyna Karasiewicz and Zuzanna Grochowska, with Paweł Moskwa supervising the entire process.

MJH Law Firm welcomes the PFR's announcement of an extension of the Programme and a more flexible approach to determining the period of COVID damage, which may enable clients to obtain further payments under the Financial Shield.
