MJH Law Firm advised M.W. Trade S.A. (MWT)

MJH advised M.W. Trade S.A. on conducting a tender offer for shares.

The law firm MJH Moskwa, Jarmul, Haładyj i Partnerzy – Solicitors and Barristers, partnership advised M.W. Trade S.A. (MWT), a company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, on concluding agreements for the sale of shares as part of a tender offer and throughout the entire process. The tender offer was announced by MWT and one of the company's shareholders, Beyondream Investments Limited.

The transaction documentation was signed on 23 December 2021, and the transaction was settled on 25 March 2022. As a result of the transaction, MWT acquired treasury shares representing 69.56% of all shares in the company, including all shares previously held by the majority shareholder, Getin Holding S.A.

M.W. Trade S.A. specialises in financial services for entities operating in the medical market. The company has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2007.

The scope of MJH's advisory services included comprehensive support in the transaction, including the preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation.
