MJH Law Firm advised GI International S.R.L. in connection with a tender offer for 100% of the shares in GI Group Poland S.A.

MJH advised GI International on its tender offer for GI Group Poland S.A. shares.

The law firm MJH Moskwa, Jarmul, Haładyj i Partnerzy – Adwokaci i Radcowie Prawni spółka partnerska advised GI International S.R.L. in connection with its tender offer for 100% of GI Group Poland S.A. shares.

The tender offer was announced in order to delist the company from the Warsaw Stock Exchange. As a result of the tender offer, GI International acquired shares entitling it to 86.8% of the votes at the general meeting. In the meantime, the general meeting of shareholders of GI Group Poland S.A. adopted a resolution on the delisting of the company.
