MJH Law Firm acts as legal advisor to Captor Therapeutics S.A. in connection with Captor's IPO.
MJH advised Captor Therapeutics S.A. on the largest biotechnology IPO in the history of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
The law firm MJH Moskwa, Jarmul, Haładyj i Partnerzy – Solicitors and Legal Advisers, partnership, acted as legal adviser to Captor Therapeutics S.A. in connection with its initial public offering (IPO) and admission and introduction of its shares to trading on the regulated market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
The value of the offering amounted to PLN 184 million, making it the largest biotechnology IPO in the history of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The offering attracted enormous interest from investors, with a 92% reduction in subscriptions in the individual investor tranche.
Captor's debut on the WSE took place on 19 April 2021 – it was the first IPO in Europe of a company using the breakthrough technology of Targeted Protein Degradation (TPD).
Captor Therapeutics S.A. is a rapidly growing Swiss-Polish biopharmaceutical company based in Wrocław, operating in the Wrocław Technology Park. The company focuses on discovering and developing innovative drug candidates using TPD technology.
The scope of MJH's advisory services included comprehensive legal support in the process of preparing and conducting the IPO, as well as ongoing corporate and regulatory advice.
