The law firm MJH Moskwa, Jarmul, Haładyj i Partnerzy – Adwokaci i Radcowie Prawni spółka partnerska advised SDS Optic on its public offering and the process of listing the company's shares on the NewConnect market.

The scope of MJH's advisory services also included support in preparing a share option programme for key managers (ESOP).

SDS Optic develops innovative solutions combining biochemistry, engineering and fibre optic technologies that can be used in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer.
