MJH among GI International's advisers on the acquisition of Work Service.

MJH advises GI International on the acquisition of control over Work Service S.A.

The law firm MJH Moskwa, Jarmul, Haładyj i Wspólnicy sp.k. advised GI International in connection with the acquisition of WorkSource Investments from the PineBridge fund and in connection with exceeding the threshold of 50% of the total number of votes in Work Service S.A.

The scope of the law firm's work included comprehensive transaction support, with particular emphasis on capital markets law and coordination of aspects of Luxembourg law.

As a result of the acquisition of WorkSource Investments, GI International took control of Work Service S.A. and then announced a tender offer for 15.29% of the shares in order to reach the 66% voting threshold at the company's general meeting.
