MJH advises Infinity on bond issue process.

MJH Law Firm advised Infinity S.A., a company from Profbud’s group, in connection with the bond issue. As a part of the executed issue, bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 12 million were placed with a maturity date of October 2027.

Profbud’s group is a company that has been present in the Polish real estate development market for more than 15 years. As part of its operations, it has successfully completed a number of development projects and currently offers its customers apartments and commercial premises in Warsaw, Konstancin-Jeziorna and Łódź.

The scope of the MJH Law Firm's work included supporting Infinity in the bond issue process, including comprehensive advice on establishing collaterals for the bonds issued. MJH Law Firm will also act as administrator of the established collaterals.
