MJH advises GI International in the delisting tender offer for Work Service S.A.

The law firm MJH Moskwa, Jarmul, Haładyj i Partnerzy – Adwokaci i Radcowie Prawni spółka partnerska advises GI International in connection with the delisting tender offer for 100% of the shares of Work Service S.A., announced on 15 March 2021.

GI International has decided to announce the tender offer in order to delist Work Service S.A. shares from trading on the regulated market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The company plans to take all necessary steps to achieve this goal after the tender offer is completed.

The intermediary in the process is mBank S.A. – Biuro Maklerskie mBanku.

The scope of MJH's work includes comprehensive legal support for GI International in the tender offer process.
