MJH advises Everest Development on bond issue process.

MJH Law Firm advised Everest Development 2 Sp. z o.o. in connection with the bond issue. As a part of the executed issue, bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 17 million were placed.

Everest Development has been operating in the real estate development market since 2013, mainly in the Wielkopolska Province. As part of its activities, it has built a total of 2,200 units in 49 residential projects in many cities, including Poznań, Śrem, Pobierowo, Psarskie, and Ustronie Morskie.

The scope of the MJH Law Firm's work included supporting Infinity in the bond issue process, including comprehensive advice on establishing collaterals for the bonds issued. MJH Law Firm will also act as administrator of the established collaterals.
