MJH advises Domesta sp. z o.o. on the bond issue process.

MJH advised Domesta sp. z o.o. on its first corporate bond issue.

The law firm MJH Moskwa, Jarmul, Haładyj i Partnerzy – Adwokaci i Radcowie Prawni spółka partnerska advised Domesta sp. z o.o., based in Gdańsk, on the company's first corporate bond issue.

As a result of the issue, Domesta raised PLN 18.5 million, which will be used to finance the purchase of land for future residential investments.

Domesta sp. z o.o. has been operating on the construction market since 1992, and since 2011 it has been part of the Inpro Group, one of the largest development groups in the Tri-City, listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

During its operation, the Company has completed and delivered over 3,000 flats in nearly 100 multi-family buildings.

The scope of MJH's work included comprehensive legal support in the bond issue process, including advice on establishing collateral.
