MJH advises Domesta on bond issue.

MJH advised Domesta Sp. z o.o. on the bond issue.

MJH advised Domesta Sp. z o.o. on the issue of bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 25 million, maturing in November 2026. The bonds were placed on the Catalyst alternative trading system.

Domesta has been operating in the construction market since 1992, and since 2011 it has been part of the Inpro Group, one of the largest development groups in the Tri-City, listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. To date, the company has completed and delivered over 3,000 flats in nearly 100 multi-family buildings. The funds raised from the issue will be used primarily for the early redemption of series A bonds, with the remainder being allocated to finance the company's current operations.

The scope of MJH's advisory services included comprehensive support in the bond issue process, including advice on establishing collateral and acting as administrator of the established collateral.
