MJH advises Domesta on bond issue.

MJH advised Domesta Sp. z o.o. on the issue of bonds worth PLN 25 million.

The law firm MJH Moskwa, Jarmul, Haładyj i Partnerzy – Adwokaci i Radcowie Prawni spółka partnerska advised Domesta Sp. z o.o. in connection with the issue of bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 25 million, with a maturity date of November 2026. The bonds were placed and are listed on the Catalyst alternative trading system.

Domesta Sp. z o.o. has been operating on the construction market since 1992 and since 2011 has been part of the Inpro Group, one of the largest development groups in the Tri-City, whose shares are listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. To date, Domesta has completed and delivered over 3,000 flats in nearly 100 multi-family buildings. The funds raised from the bond issue will be used primarily for the early redemption of series A bonds, with the remainder being used to finance the company's current operations.

The scope of MJH's work included comprehensive advice on the bond issue process, including support in establishing collateral for the issued bonds. The law firm will also act as the administrator of the established collateral.
