MJH advises DL Invest Group on bond issue.

MJH advised DL Invest Group PM S.A. on the issue of bonds worth PLN 12 million.

The law firm MJH Moskwa, Jarmul, Haładyj i Partnerzy – Adwokaci i Radcowie Prawni spółka partnerska advised DL Invest Group PM S.A. on the issue of bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 12 million.

The scope of MJH's work included comprehensive support in the bond issue process, including advice on establishing collateral for the issued bonds.

DL Invest Group is a development and investment company that has been operating for over 11 years, mainly in the commercial real estate sector in southern Poland, with a particular focus on the Silesian Province. The company's strategy is to build a real estate portfolio and generate long-term rental income. As at 30 June 2022, the company had built a portfolio of completed commercial properties with a total area of over 300,000 m².

The work of the MJH team was supervised by Paweł Cyganik (Senior Counsel), who, together with his team, provided comprehensive legal advice at every stage of the issuance process.
