MJH advises Cedo Capital on the acquisition of Rolfroz.

The team at MJH Moskwa, Jarmul, Haladyj & Partners advised Cedo Capital on the acquisition of Rolfroz, one of Poland's leading producers in the fruit and vegetable processing industry. The transaction was financed by mBank.

Rolfroz has been operating in the food processing market for over 30 years, specialising in the production of sterilised and salad vegetables, concentrates, purees and pickles. The acquisition of the company is an important step in the implementation of Cedo Capital's investment strategy, based on a search fund model that focuses on the acquisition and further development of mature family businesses.
