The law firm MJH Moskwa, Jarmul, Haładyj i Partnerzy – Adwokaci i Radcowie Prawni spółka partnerska advises Benefit Systems S.A. on the acquisition of 100% of shares in the market leader in fitness clubs in Turkey, with a total value exceeding USD 420 million.
