MJH advised Yuniversal Development sp. z o.o. in connection with the issue of bonds.

MJH Moskwa, Jarmul, Haładyj i Partnerzy – Adwokaci i Radcowie Prawni spółka partnerska advised Yuniversal Development sp. z o.o. in connection with a bond issue. As part of the issue, bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 15 million were placed, with a maturity date of September 2026.

Yuniversal Development has been present on the Polish property development market for over 33 years, including 20 years under its own brand. As part of its activities, it offers its clients flats in Białystok, Warsaw, Łódź, Rydzewo, Ełk, Suwałki and Supraśl, as well as the largest range of residential and commercial premises in the Podlaskie Province.

The scope of MJH's work included supporting Yuniversal Development in the bond issue process, including comprehensive advice on establishing collateral for the bonds issued. MJH will also act as the administrator of the collateral established.
