The law firm MJH Moskwa, Jarmul, Haładyj i Partnerzy – Adwokaci i Radcowie Prawni spółka partnerska advised Yuniversal Development sp. z o.o. on the successful issue of bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 15 million, maturing in September 2026.
Yuniversal Development is a long-standing leader on the Polish real estate market, with over 33 years of experience, including 20 years under its own brand. The company offers a wide range of residential and commercial investments in cities such as Białystok, Warsaw, Łódź, Rydzewo, Ełk, Suwałki and Supraśl, making it one of the key developers in the Podlaskie Province.
The scope of MJH's work included comprehensive legal support throughout the entire bond issuance process, including, in particular, the establishment and administration of collateral for the issued bonds. The law firm also acts as the collateral administrator for this issue.
