The law firm MJH Moskwa, Jarmul, Haładyj i Partnerzy – Adwokaci i Radcowie Prawni spółka partnerska advised the main shareholders of Biuro Inwestycji Kapitałowych S.A. (BIK), listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, on the conclusion of an investment agreement concerning the sale in a tender offer of shares held, representing 83.2% of votes in BIK, to NREP, a Scandinavian real estate fund. The documentation was signed on 11 February 2021.

BIK S.A., established in 1996, has been successfully operating on the commercial real estate market as a developer, specialising in the construction and leasing of modern warehouse space. Since 2010, the company has been expanding into new commercial markets, also investing in retail facilities.

The scope of MJH's advisory services included comprehensive support for BIK's main shareholders throughout the transaction process, including the preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation.
