MJH advised OT Logistics on the sale of shares in C. Hartwig Gdynia S.A.

The law firm MJH Moskwa, Jarmul, Haładyj i Partnerzy – Adwokaci i Radcowie Prawni spółka partnerska advised OT Logistics S.A. (OTL) in the sale of all its shares in C. Hartwig Gdynia S.A. (CHG) – representing 88% of the shares – to Rhenus Beteiligungen International GmbH. The transaction was closed on 22 October 2021.

As a result of the transaction, the OTL Group obtained funds enabling it to reduce its debt to financial creditors by approximately PLN 80 million.

The OTL Capital Group is a recognisable brand in the logistics industry, based on Polish capital, providing comprehensive transport, forwarding and logistics services for over 70 years. OTL is a company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

The scope of MJH's advisory services included comprehensive legal support for the transaction, including the preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation.
