MJH advised Penta Investments on the sale of 50% of shares in Iglotex.

The law firm MJH Moskwa, Jarmul, Haładyj i Partnerzy – Adwokaci i Radcowie Prawni spółka partnerska advised Penta Investments on the sale of 50% of shares in Iglotex to the Włodarczyk family, founders of the Iglotex group.

The scope of MJH's advisory services included comprehensive support at every stage of the transaction, including the preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation and support in closing the transaction. The law firm also advised Iglotex on bank financing, which was used for the transaction.
