MJH advised a consortium of investors on the management buyout of 100% of Smyk shares.
The law firm MJH Moskwa, Jarmul, Haładyj i Partnerzy – Adwokaci i Radcowie Prawni spółka partnerska advised a consortium of investors, including Michał Grom, President of Smyk, Maciej Zużałek and a fund managed by Accession Capital Partners, on the management buyout of 100% of Smyk shares from the Bridgepoint fund.
MJH's scope of work included comprehensive advice at every stage of the transaction, including the preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation. The closing of the transaction remains subject to the fulfilment of customary conditions precedent.
