MJH advised Nicator sp. z o.o. on obtaining comprehensive financing from PKO Bank Polski.

MJH advised Nicator sp. z o.o. on obtaining comprehensive financing from PKO Bank Polski with a total value of over PLN 220 million. The financing included investment and working capital loans for the acquisition of ELA Wyrób Foli i Opakowań sp. z o.o.

Agnieszka Szymczuk-Małecka, Paweł Ostrowski and Łukasz Błażejczyk were involved in the project.

The transaction is another example of MJH's support in complex financing and acquisition processes.
