MJH advised LPP on obtaining PLN 330 million in financing.

MJH advised the main shareholder of LPP S.A. on obtaining financing from BNP Paribas Bank Polska.

The law firm MJH Moskwa, Jarmul, Haładyj i Partnerzy – Adwokaci i Radcowie Prawni spółka partnerska advised the main shareholder of LPP S.A. and its subsidiaries on obtaining financing from BNP Paribas Bank Polska.

The funds obtained, in an amount exceeding PLN 330,000,000, were allocated to the refinancing and consolidation of existing debt.

The transaction was led on the MJH side by Paweł Ostrowski (Senior Counsel).
