MJH advised Greenvolt Power Group on the sale of a portfolio of four wind farms in Poland.
The law firm MJH Moskwa, Jarmul, Haładyj i Partnerzy – Adwokaci i Radcowie Prawni spółka partnerska advised Greenvolt Power Group on the sale of a portfolio of four wind farms in Poland with a total installed capacity of 33.2 MW. The buyer of the projects, which are at various stages of development and have a total value of €83.3 million, is Enea Nowa Energia.
The portfolio includes the fully operational Skibno wind farm (10 MW) located in north-western Poland and three projects under construction: Zaklików (10 MW) in south-eastern Poland, as well as Nowe Miasto Lubawskie and Jabłonowo Pomorskie (6.6 MW each) in the north of the country. Their commercial launch is planned for 2026.
The closing of this transaction is another step in the implementation of Greenvolt Power's strategy, which assumes a 70-80% asset rotation and value generation for the Group while supporting the energy transition.
The transaction was led by the MJH team headed by Zuzanna Grochowska and Jan Jarmul, with the support of Jakub Kędziora.
