MJH advised GI International Group on the sale of its shares in the Hungarian company ProHuman.

MJH advised GI International on the sale of shares in ProHuman.

The law firm MJH Moskwa, Jarmul, Haładyj i Partnerzy – Adwokaci i Radcowie Prawni spółka partnerska advised GI International on the conclusion of an agreement for the sale of shares in the Hungarian company ProHuman, as well as on the repayment of a consortium of banks (BNP Paribas, PKO BP, Millennium and Santander) and the execution of an arrangement in Poland.

The sale price of ProHuman shares is PLN 147.5 million. In addition, the purchaser of the shares, Sun Group, will assume GI Group Poland's liabilities towards ProHuman. The transaction is scheduled to close by 30 April 2022. As a result of the settlement of the arrangement, the formal restructuring of GI Group Polska (formerly Work Service) has been completed.
