MJH advised DP Polska S.A. on the acquisition of Mastergrupa sp. z o.o.

The law firm MJH Moskwa, Jarmul, Haładyj i Partnerzy – Adwokaci i Radcowie Prawni spółka partnerska advised DP Polska S.A. on the acquisition of 100% of shares in Mastergrupa sp. z o.o., which was provided with legal support by lawyers from the law firm GESSEL.

On the MJH side, the project was led by partners Łukasz Błażejczyk and Zuzanna Grochowska, with the support of Jakub Łukomski (Associate).

MJH's advisory services included conducting due diligence and providing support in the preparation, negotiation and signing of the transaction closing documentation.

DP Polska S.A. is part of an international pizza chain operating in Poland since 2011, while Mastergrupa is a franchise chain of Pizzeria 105, currently comprising approximately 90 locations throughout the country.
