MJH advised AMS (Agora Group) on the acquisition of Synergic, a key player in the out-of-home advertising market.

The MJH Moskwa, Jarmul, Haładyj i Partnerzy – Adwokaci i Radcowie Prawni sp.p. advised AMS SMART OOH (Agora S.A. Group) on the conclusion of a preliminary agreement to acquire shares in SYNERGIC Sp. z o.o., one of the leading companies operating on the Out-of-Home advertising market in Poland.
