MJH advises on the sale of a majority stake in Art Wind sp. z o.o.

MJH provided comprehensive legal advice to the shareholders of Art Wind sp. z o.o. during the sale of a majority stake to Enterprise Investors.

The transaction is a further example of the MJH team’s involvement in projects within the rapidly growing energy sector, particularly in the field of renewable energy sources.

Art Wind is one of Europe’s leading providers of installation and maintenance services for onshore wind farms. Since its establishment in 2019, the company has seen significant growth in the scale of its operations, building a strong position in the European market.
